Producing seamless pipes with relatively high degree of alloying

Jiangsu Chromo Tubing Co., Ltd.is conveniently located at No. 3, Xinyuan Rd., Dafeng Economic Development Zone, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, close to the Dafeng exit of G15 highway, and near the Yancheng Dafeng high speed train station.

Our company focus on producing relatively highly alloyed seamless tubes for power industry.Including:

• API casing and tubing for oil industry：for API 5CT, we only produce grades L80 9Cr and 13Cr; for API 5CRA, we produce most of the grades, like Super 13Cr, 22Cr and 25Cr of duplex stainless steel, 28Cr of austenitic stainless steel, and C276 of high nickel alloy…

• Alloy pipes and tubes for oil refinery industry： like A213 T5, T22, T9; A335 P5, P22, P9, P91.

• Boiler tubes for power plant, mainly the Cr and Mo alloy tubes, and austenitic stainless steel boiler tubeslike A213 T91, T23, T24, T36, T92, T122, T911, 1.4922, S30432, TP310HCbN. To be multi grades of high alloy with flexible production capacity is our features and advantages to meet the market demands.

Our company now has land about 25000m2, covered by production facilities about 15000m2. The yearly production capacity is more than 20000metric tons of pipes and tubes. The size range is OD16 to 219mm, WT 1.5 to 35mm, max. length to 30 meters. Our company has several production assemblies of hot piercing mill, cold rolling pilger machines, cold drawn and heat treatment furnaces; the testing equipment of ET, UT, Hydrostatic tester, spectrometer, PMI, Mechanical property testing machines with room and high temperature, Impact Tester and corrosion tester.

Our company has professional management team, carrying on strict QC management system. We have got approval of certificate of ISO9001, China's TS, API 5CT, and API 5CRA.

Our company just started production from the year of 2022. We will insist on supplying our customers with high value-added seamless tubes and pipes to meet the market's demand, to create value for our customers.
